Role:

Responsibilities:

Change sponsor and oversight and support Governance processes

Own change control process for clients, monitor delivery of all projects

Manage small enhancements

Ensure commercial impact of change is understood, agreed and invoiced

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Detailed knowledge of PEP, ISA, Unit Trust, OEIC or Investment Trust Administration.
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment.
• A good understanding of the client service model, business strategy, structure and product offering.
• Excellent Communication Skills (Essential)
• Good analytical skills (Essential)
• Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills. (Essential)

Desirable:

• Experience in Financial Services Investment Industry.
• Sales skills including excellent organisational, meeting, presentation and fact-finding skills
• Good keyboard skills, competent in the use of MS Office packages.
• IAQ or equivalent, or commitment to study for IAQ or equivalent.
• 3+ years industry operational experience
• 2 years supervisory or management experience
• Project management qualification (PRINCE 2 or other industry recognised qualification)
• Project management experience within a Financial services environment
• Good experience of at least one project management methodology
