Senior Specialist

Role Responsibility

Our clients include many of the largest and most recognisable organisations in the global financial services industry covering Investment, Pensions, Insurance and Savings providers.

As part of the Reconicilations & Financial Reporting team you will:

Support the global operational delivery

•Host Daily Escalation Call with all parties including India, raising P1’s / Service Alerts – Raising / Attending calls & providing updates

•Complete trend analysis on issues raised to look for system fixes or training gaps

•Support BAU teams on complex queries•Internal/External Audit and Management Company CASS Oversight

•Projects eg , Client On Boarding and Offloading,Regulatory Change, Internal Enhancements, Client Change –working with our Technical Team to ensure we are operational ready

•Own/Support smaller projects which the Operational teams are responsible for, such as offshoring processes/management companies, AOM productivity reviews, process review etc, updating Project Documentation & Governance is up to date / Attending project meetings

•Updating Offshoring FTE & Offshore Process Matrix in line with current offshoring activities

The Ideal Candidate

To be sucessful in this role the following experience will be very relevant.

Basic keyboard skills to include awareness of MS Office packages

• Good Verbal reasoning and numeric skills

• Minimum C or above in Math’s & English Language (GCSE Level)

• Experience in Financial services, CASS

• Ability to analyse and appraise work, to identify potential areas of concern that could lead to risk
