Senior Associate - Document Management - NIGHT SHIFTS

We are looking for Senior Associates to join our offices in Springfield (Chelmsford) which is vital part of our business and is open 24 hours a day. The roles require candidates who are happy to work 3am - 11am Tuesday/Friday and 7am - 3pm on Saturday. For this you will receive an allowance for anti social hours worked.

In this role you will provide a multitude of functions with DMD, across various inbound & outbound processes.

The main functions of this position are:

Processing incoming correspondence from 3am.
Identify & categorise legal documents
Scan documents
Review scanned documents, working to identify any missed documentation and re scan where necessary

Assist with daily issues, investigations as required

Organise daily work within the stated timeframes and complete tasks in line with Team Leader direction.
