Real Time Analyst

Job Introduction

The Real Time Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring that the service level agreements are achieved.

You will work closely with operations to help monitor incoming volumes across different platforms and report on daily attendance. Monitoring of the scheduled adherence in real-time will ensure optimum service levels are achieved to deliver consistent performance.

Role Responsibility

  • Previous Experience in Realtime role
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Good effective organisation and time management skills to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to create reports in Excel
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, focus and complete reports for extended periods of time

 

Desirable

  • Previous experience of financial services or a customer service environment are desirable
  • Good understanding of all relevant legislation e.g. Data Protection Act, Money Laundering requirements
  • Good understanding of relevant products and systems i.e. (Verint, CISCO
