Google Analytics Analyst

Basildon, Essex

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Product and Innovation Department and the newly forming Service Team as we roll out the Global Servicing Platform across our client base.  Our teams and clients are based across the globe and there are opportunities to be involved with our stakeholders and shape the future of the global service.

Role:

•Drive optimisation and growth of the digital service through data-led insight

 

•Create and own the analytics/optimise road map for internal and external stakeholders

 

•Create relevant and timely data enabling product and service owners to drive improvements

 

Responsibilities:

•Support and service the existing customer agreements for Google Analytics data

 

 

•Make decisions on the data collection that is needed

 

 

•Implement optimise to follow client journeys and see trends and patterns in journeys ending before completion

 

 

•The initiating and co-ordinating projects to trial journey improvement, leading to product enhancements and a better client experience

 

 

•Work within the centralised service management team collaborating with stakeholders across all digital products, client services and design teams

 

•Proactively enhance own knowledge of analytics products and services

 

 

•Provide SME knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Optimise

 

 

•Drive A/B testing strategy alongside the Product Managers

 

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Collaborative, pragmatic and flexible approach

 

 

  • Proven experience working with Google Analytics

 

 

  • Proactive self-starter

 

 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

 

 

Desirable:

•Experience in working in financial services environment

 

 

•Experience in using data analysis to drive business decisions

 

 

•Experience working with Product teams and understanding digital journeys
