DCS Written Enquiries Senior Associate

Role Responsibility

To service Distributor Client enquiries through Freshdesk emails and outbound telephone calls,  and also work on AWD work created by other departments and responding .  Delivering in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) maintaining high standards of quality in all we do.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure SS&C meets their Clients’ expectations, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by servicing Distributor clients mostly via email and also AWD work created by other departments
  • Communicate resolution of Distributors queries received via email, and also AWD work created by other departments
  • Queries could include Distributor Portal system updates, CFF emails and reporting, Client Money, Tax vouchers and Stock Transfers
  • Processes also included would be  Distributor portal system updates, emails and AWD, CFF emails and reporting, Client money emails, system and AWD, Ifast emails and AWD, Tax vouchers emails CNS AWD and email system updates and Stock Transfer’s AWD and email
  • Work with the Manager to drive forward the client services culture of ‘VALUED’ and be the voice of the customer initiative called ‘Putting the client at the heart of…’
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of all monitored systems and how they link into other departments inclusive of issue resolution where impacts to other departments occur
  • Must actively seek & respond to feedback and contribute to team and departmental meetings
  • Must act as a referral point for others in the team and be able to support new joiners to the department

  • To comply with the regulatory regimes in which SS&C operates (Data Protection, Financial Crime Prevention regulations and CASS)
  • To attend required training.  
  • Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with  procedures & controls, and that any changes to activities implications are considered 
  • To escalate issues or potential breaches to your Line Manager 
  • To provide feedback with regards to the effectiveness of procedures, controls and MI, including contributing to the annual review of procedures.
