Consultant Relationship Manager

Role Responsibility

The consultant relationship manager will own all consultant engagement, communications and collaboration building relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organisations covering Wealth Management, Life & Pensions and Asset Management. This role involves collaboration with our sales, product and marketing teams to ensure they are feeding timely, relevant information to consultants to promote SS&C and its offerings.

We are looking for a self-starter, a hands-on executer with strong connections within the technology and consultant space with project management and communication skills who can multi-task and confidently manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Support our ever-expanding consultant community with industry insights and technological developments from SS&C and ensure they have the tools to effectively share thought leadership, marketing initiatives and key wins with the consultant community.

Establish the ‘blue-print’ of influencers, decision makers and key individuals within each consultancy firm to enable the right relationships to be established with SS&C and understand who we can influence with SS&C initiatives and nurturing activities to keep consultants engaged.

Support the Sales team/s in building strategic consultant relationship plans and initiate regular planning and review meetings with consultants to maximise the relationships and SS&C knowledge across the consultant landscape.

Manage consultant related communications, events, and meetings pulling in wider SS&C support where required.

Support the EMEA sales and marketing team with new consultant materials to raise awareness of our brand and influence.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate

Ability to rapidly learn, internalise, and leverage product, marketing, and sales information.

Strong organisational, communication skills; comfortable dealing with internal senior management and external stakeholders.

 

Be able to work well independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

Other soft skills: execution oriented, customer-focused, goal-focused, problem solver, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
