Client Services Manager
Job Introduction
This is an exciting time to join SS&C as we continue to grow and develop the services we offer to our clients, which makes the role of Client Services Manager more important than ever.
As first point of contact for your allocated client base, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships
- Liaise with the client's oversight team to ensure service meets requirements.
- Manage the communication & participate in resolving any service issues.
- Participate in meeting (internal & external).
To ensure that the highest standard of service is received by our clients you will need to continually develop product knowledge, share best practice. Attend weekly client conference calls to ensure SLAs and quality is met within KPIs.
The Ideal Candidate
Recent experience is a similar client facing role would be advantageous.
