Cash Management Team Leader – Controls and Oversight
Cash Management is a fast paced environment, no two days are the same and we are looking for someone to join our oversight team to support with this. The Controls and Oversight team was introduced a couple of years ago to oversee the Offshore payment release team, since then, the role has evolved to encompass a lot more quality checking and oversight functions of both on and offshore teams. The role also covers management of our end of day banking controls. The role encompasses the leading of a UK based team as well as supporting a large well-structured offshore team. You will be responsible with supporting some aspects of team management from development and performance to weekly and monthly planning.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone that can work quickly and efficiently, but with an excellent attention to detail. You need to be organised and flexible to cover a shift pattern from 9-5 or 11.30-7.30. This is a high profile role and someone with intermediate or above CASS knowledge would be desirable. This role is part of our people management structure and ideally we would be looking for someone with experience of managing / leading a team of staff.
