Cash Management Expert - CIM

Role Responsibility

Main Purpose of the role:

Cash Management is a fast paced environment, no two days are the same and we are looking for someone to join our new UK based Claims Investigation Team. This is a new addition to our cash management structure and the role will involve reviewing any retail client trades that have not been fully settled and owning them through to resolution. This process is only live on one of our Management Companies, but there are plans in place to expand this function to more over the coming year.

We are looking for someone who is happy to speak with customers on the phone and who has awareness of vulnerable customers and can support them in getting their trades settled. We need someone who can demonstrate that they can work independently and is quick to learn new things.
