Senior Infrastructure Manager
DST Systems, a leading provider of advisory, technology and operations outsourcing in the financial services industry are looking to recruit a Senior Infrastructure Manager.
This role will offer you the opportunity to manage the Server estate within DST, giving you the responsibility for project deliverables that are assigned to server Support and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects using technology based solutions and to ensure deliverables.
You will be a Subject Matter Expert on the server estate in many areas and a passionate advocate of the technology supported, managing Vendor Contracts relevant to platforms, providing third line support for Server supported technologies as well as providing process management for Change & incidents and having overall responsibility for Infrastructure / Server line of Services.
You will need to have the following technical skills and experience:
- Microsoft Server 2003 to 2016
- Exchange 2010 and above
- Active Directory
- HP, IBM / Lenovo Flex, Cisco UCS Hardware knowledge
- VMWare Technologies
- Experience performing Server break fix support
- Good understanding of SAN technologies and configuration.
- Excellent Server work Management Skills including performance tuning / analysis.
