Senior Client Service Director

We have an opportunity for a highly talented, customer focused leader to help us continue to support our client’s growth strategies with an interesting mix of commercial & contract management and operational service oversight.
Key to this role is the ability to truly partner with our clients’; you will facilitate the team to understand their business priorities and their customers’ needs so that we can deliver relevant, experience enhancing solutions.
This is a senior executive position within a global business of over 16000 employees, responsible for many of our most prestigious clients. You will lead a team of 50 client service management professionals, with service oversight of 40 clients.
We are based in Essex but have offices around the UK and our clients are based all over so there would be a need to spend time with some of them. You working week is likely to see you mainly in Essex, but on occasions in London and at client sites.
The Ideal Candidate
An opportunity like this doesn’t present itself every day. This is not a sales role, but it does have a very strong commercial and client service focus. So we are looking for a motivated individual, comfortable facing off to C level clients and colleagues with deep account and contract management, client relationship or client servicing experience. We are open to the industry that you come from but knowledge of Transfer Agency, Asset Management and/or outsourcing would be very useful to us (and you!). Knowledge of technology enhanced operations would also be advantageous.
