Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Contract Administration:

  • Legal document (Contract) management:
  • Obtaining director’s signatures for agreements/contracts, dispatching to other parties for countersignature/completion and tracking process;
  • Scanning and filing legal contracts;
  • Maintaining records of all contracts and other legal documents, filing electronically & in the legal safes and archiving papers where applicable;
  • Ensuring that all policies and procedures (regarding filing and obtaining signatures) are being followed.
  • Assisting the Auditors with obtaining required documentation for their review as required.
  • Company Secretarial Support


Legal Team Administration:

  • Drafting and obtaining approval from the US for bridging letters (upon request) for our clients.
  • Undertaking various document compilation – contract amendments, formatting, emails, letters, presentation slides and Excel spreadsheets – progressing to own matters as able.
  • Administrative Support for financial administration (including raising Purchase Orders when required).
  • Proofreading agreements and schedules, plus other documentation.
  • Regular checks on team training competencies and organising of Practising Certificates.
  • Liaising with the IT department on behalf of the team (including logging incidents).
  • Work allocation assistance

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience of paralegal work
  • Contracts team experience
  • Strong Communication & attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
