Financial Services Apprenticeship - Level 3
You will gain qualifications in a Level 3 NVQ and the industry recognised IOC stage 1,2 & 3 qualification: All training is via E –Portfolios/webinar/on the job. No attendance at college.
We have opportunities within the Client Services Complaints department who are recruiting level 3 apprentices. Please see below info;
The Complaints Team are based within our Paragon House office near Chelmsford train & bus station.
The team oversee the administration of all complaints received by DST for their clients. These are resolved by telephone or letter, whilst complying with SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and Regulatory requirements. The team also ensure record complaint related data and supporting documentation for both internal and external customers. We handle Complaints relating to Unit Trusts, OIECs, Investment Trusts, ISAs, Pensions and Insurance Products across a number of different systems
As an Apprentice, you will gain an understanding of how our processing areas operate and how they work in conjunction to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.
Once you have completed your initial training you will join the team where you will investigates errors where specific rules have been broken or we fail to comply with the Data Protection Act, on behalf of all DST clients (Management Companies).
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE - ESSENTIAL
- 3 A Levels in a relevant subject to Financial Services / Business / Mathematics - ESSENTIAL
- Strong computer skills
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills
