Complaints Lead Associate (Technical)

Job Introduction

  • Production of daily, weekly and monthly control reporting
  • Production of central AOM reporting
  • Managing responses from Team Leaders and Managers to ensure reporting audits are up to date and accurate
  • Producing ACE figures and ensuring this is up to date reflecting reporting failures
  • Analyse trends from control reporting and highlight to TM and SMT to help prevent recurrence
  • Creation and closing of departmental OCP checklists on a daily, weekly and monthly basis across both TMs and SMT
  • Assisting with audit requests involving reproduction of OCP checklists or evidencing control reporting associated actions
  • Monitoring of internal email admin box and escalate where appropriate
  • Ad hoc internal admin duties
  • To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of working within the Financial Services Industry, in a fast moving Operational regulatory environment, where excellent customer care and compliant principles are the norm
  • Ability to analyse and appraise work, to identify potential areas of concern that could lead to risk
  • Good keyboard skills to include MS Office packages
  • Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills
  • Knowledge of ISA, Unit Trust, OEIC, Pensions, Insurance or Investment Trust administration
  • Knowledge of FCA regulatory environment
  • Working knowledge of DST core systems
  • Degree level of education
  • Full IOC or commitment to study for IOC or equivalent
