Business Operations Graduate

Job Introduction

You will be assigned a mentor who will provide you with first hand support to enable you to get the most out of the Programme

Through interacting with senior staff and experienced professionals you will gain an understanding of the Company business objectives and identify why IFDS is at the forefront of global technology innovation within the Financial Services industry.


Role Responsibility

As a graduate trainee, you will be based at IFDS’ UK Head Office in Basildon, Essex, a mere 30 minutes from the City of London where the majority of our clients reside.

Through a rotational scheme, you will be given the responsibility of completing projects and tasks within a minimum of 4 business areas across Client Administration and Client Finance, including secondments to one or more of our overseas offices.

The Ideal Candidate

A minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in an Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics related disciplines

A high level of computer literacy and knowledge

Be able to communicate ideas effectively within a team and to senior management

Desire to prove that you have leadership capabilities

An interest in working within the financial services industry

Package Description

Reference salary based on experience and in line with the ACE salary progression scheme

20 Days holiday (increasing by 1 day for every years service up to a maximum of 25 days)

6% non-contributory pension scheme
